Join GHF’s New Caregiver Coalition and Help Shape Better Policies

Are you a family caregiver in Georgia? Do you support a loved one with a disability, complex health needs, or age-related challenges? If so, your voice is urgently needed.

Georgians for a Healthy Future is launching a new Caregiver Coalition, and we want you to be part of it.

Why Join the Caregiver Coalition?

Family caregivers play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of Georgians. Whether you care for an adult or child with an intellectual or developmental disability, a physical disability, an aging family member, or someone with complex health needs, your experiences matter.

As part of the Caregiver Coalition, you will:

✅ Share your story and lived experiences as a caregiver
✅ Help influence health policy decisions that affect families like yours
✅ Connect with other caregivers across Georgia
✅ Receive compensation for your time and contributions

Together, we can advocate for better caregiver support, improved Medicaid coverage, and stronger health insurance protections for Georgia families.

Who Should Join?

We welcome all unpaid family caregivers, including those who support:

  • Adults or children with disabilities
  • Aging parents or loved ones
  • Family members with complex medical needs
  • Individuals navigating Medicaid or health insurance challenges

Your insights can help shape policies that improve access to health care, strengthen Medicaid, and support families across Georgia.
