Whatâs Next for Georgiaâs
Comprehensive Health Coverage Commission?
|
|
The Cover Georgia coalition has released a new blog recapping the latest work of Georgiaâs Comprehensive Health Coverage Commission. During the last meeting, the Commission welcomed the Ernst & Young (EY) consultants who will be researching solutions for increasing access to Georgia’s low-income and uninsured population. EYâs findings will guide the Commissionâs recommendations that will be delivered to state leaders by 2026.
This is a pivotal moment for health care in Georgia. Along with a recap of the meeting, the coalitionâs blog outlines actionable ways you can advocate for closing Georgiaâs coverage gapâa vital step toward ensuring access to care for low-income and uninsured Georgians.
đ Read the blog to learn more about the Commissionâs progress and strategy.
âđžÂ Sign Cover Georgia’s petition to urge state leaders to prioritize affordable, equitable health coverage for the people of our state.
