Melita N. Lewis is the Southwest Georgia Insurance Navigator for Georgians for a Healthy Future. In this role, Melita provides enrollment assistance, community outreach advocacy, and education in rural south Georgia counties. 

 

Melita is a proud graduate of Albany State University in Albany, Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. Her professional experience began at Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency as a Community Work Incentive Coordinator for over 10 years. Meliita has a wealth of knowledge in Social Services programs and has a passion for educating the community about access to healthcare and community resources . 

 

She currently lives in Southwest Georgia with her husband, son, and their two dogs.
