Danté McKay

As the Georgia State Director of Enroll America, McKay is responsible for developing and executing statewide plans to support Enroll America’s mission of maximizing the number of uninsured Americans who enroll in and retain health coverage. He launched the Georgia office in July 2013.

Prior to joining Enroll America, McKay served as Health Policy Director at Voices for Georgia’s Children, a statewide child advocacy and policy organization dedicated to increasing coverage and access, and improving quality healthcare for Georgia's children. He directed overall child health policy strategy development and implementation. He joined the staff of Voices in September 2011 after serving as a National Urban Fellow with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Collectively, McKay possesses more than 16 years of combined experience in advocacy, community and stakeholder engagement, and program design and implementation. Additionally, he is an alumni of the second class of Atlanta Leaders for Results (The Annie E. Casey Foundation). McKay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Arts with a concentration in Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University; a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center; and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York.
